Rev. Karen, October Service
Stress is like breathing, it is a natural part of every life. Stress isn’t bad. It helps us to learn, to search for better alternatives, it is a catalyst for growth and it is one more way to help us define what we want and what we don’t want in our lives. So stress is a given. It is what we do with the stress and how much stress we invite into our lives that can become the problem or the solution.
Trust yourself, choose wisely the stressors that are worth your time and energy and know that the Creator does not love you any less because you chose to skip the family Thanksgiving dinner!
Excerpt from a talk given by Rev. Karen in September 2019.
